Is it safe to receive orders?
The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is very low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also very low. Is it possible to reduce contact with the driver when they deliver my order?
Yes. Drivers have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer’s doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance.
Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Express International Shipping with tracking on all orders. No shipping cost & no sales tax - we want your experience to be simple and efficient - just the way we like it.
If you are ordering from the UAE please ensure you include a PO BOX as well as your full address.
For our US customers, we do not deliver to PO BOX's so please include your full address.
Please note that apart from the UK - when an order is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in our prices and we are unable to calculate import fees added to your shipment. If applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination prior to delivery. What are your shipping and processing times?
USA and Canada: 2 - 3 days (EXPRESS PRIORITY) / 5 - 7 days (STANDARD)*
Oceania: 7 - 21 days
UK & Europe:2 - 4 days (EXPRESS PRIORITY) / 5 - 7 days (STANDARD)
Latin America: 10 - 25 days
Other countries: 14 - 30 days
*We are currently slightly outside of our normal shipping times due to COVID-19 delays across regions
Orders can sometimes take 1-3 days* to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship on weekends.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
